Troy McGatlin BIO

Upon graduating from the University of Colorado film school, Troy began his career as an Assistant Accountant on such films as Batman and Robin, Saving Private Ryan, and Almost Famous. During this time, Troy wrote and directed several short films including A Bourgeois Christmas (1994). Next, Troy tackled his first feature film Head Hunter (2002). The film was purchased by Spectrum Entertainment and was released world wide on DVD and Video. Head Hunter was well received with reviewers calling it “a taut suspense film” and “a cut above the rest.” After that, Troy wrote and directed the film Old Coaches (2004). The film had its world premiere at the Denver International Film Festival in 2002 then purchased by Frontier Media for world wide distribution in 2005.

Currently Troy is prepping his next film Green Mountain.
