JAN VAN SICKLE as Joe Simons Jan Van Sickle’s first professional acting experience was in 1969 at the Black Hills Playhouse in South Dakota. As the result of a competitive national audition he earned his MFA under the auspices of a University Resident Theatre Association scholarship at the Hilberry Classic Theatre in Detroit. He lived and worked in New York City and Los Angeles for many years. He now resides in Denver, Colorado and is a member of SAG, AFTRA and Equity. Jan’s film credits include The Shining, Flashback, Silver City, Escape from Terror (the Teresa Stamper Story) and Norman Rockwell Christmas.

RYAN J. PARKER as Dylan Simons Ryan graduated from Regis University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While at Regis, Ryan managed to land leading roles in 3 musicals. Inspired by performing, Ryan began taking local acting classes for film and television. 8 years later, Ryan has a built a credible and growing resume in commercials, television and film. Currently, Ryan can be seen in the award winning family film, The Goal, along with James Seale’s Post Traumatic, Dianna Lee Inosanto’s The Sensei and most recently a new television pilot by Wendy Duncan called Mile High Life. In his free time Ryan loves riding on his parents’ ranch and spending time with his lovely, wife and new son.

EARLA STEWART as Kim After moving from Canada to Colorado with her family 10 years ago, Earla decided to pursue an acting career. She enrolled in acting classes at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities and after a year of studying she was signed by a Denver agency, where she immediately started auditioning for commercials and industrial videos. She was successful in landing many regional and national spots. Earla next landed a role in an episode of Animal Planet's BUSTED. She has also appeared in many local theater productions including, musicals, comedies and dramas. Broken Fences is Earla’s feature film debut.
